The address is the closest to the issue, but the water I’ve seen is on the west side of High St. As I bike this street, I see that there is water running along the edge of High Street. I don’t know where it originates but I’ve noticed it throughout the summer.
There is a trash can at the new I.U. bus stop at the Kinser Pike entrance to Aspen Heights Apartments that has only been emptied a couple of times. It is usually overflowing and has many bees swarming around it. The trash blows around the neighborhood and I worry that one of the IU students (who could be allergic) might get stung by a bee. I assume the city is responsible for emptying this trash. Thanks for helping.
There is a lot of cars parked along auto mall rd that you can not see to safety exit the businesses. I do not know where they are from because most of the businesses parking lots are less than a 1/3 full except for curry. Looks like Curry is using the street as off site parking

Central Indiana, South-Central Indiana), (some/all) of which, are stated: (temporary/conditional) trespass advisories, from (local:(City/Town(s)), (pvt./non-profit, etc.) establishment(s), (year(s):(2015/'16) onward(s)), which has become, (of, recent times), inconvenience to me, (personally), (since, due to, no(fixed) earned income source(s), I don't (presently) have a (fixed/stabilized) place to stay, (e.g. (rental) apartment(s), residential unit(s), etc.), and as a result, I do not have (legal) access to, (fundamental) necessitated (indoor) space(s), (e.g. (restroom/(with/without) shower facility), cooling center(s), etc.). Someone cut the majority of the Ukraine flag down off our building. They had to have had scissors and some kind of a ladder to do it, so it wouldn't have been a spur of the moment thing. Not expecting the city to do anything; just wanted to let you know in case there were other incidences of vandalism that might be similar and help in identifying a person or pattern. Thanks!

The corner of Pleasant Ridge and Latimer located in Hoosier Acres. This location tremendously needs repaired. There are pot holes and damage from snow plows over the years. The end of our driveway that is located on Latimer, is severely damaged. My other concern is Latimer is a part of a bike path that MANY cyclists use and it's genuinely unsafe for both pedestrians, cyclists and car tires. We have noticed that there are a couple streets in our neighborhood that regularly get their streets paved where other streets get neglected. I'm not sure how else to request this other than through here but if there is another way, please feel free to email me and let me know. The request would be for the entirety of Latimer AND Pleasant Ridge be repaved. Patching the holes has been done in the past but doesn't seem to hold up longer than a month or two. We would greatly appreciate your thoughts or some feedback on this location and what can be done to make this intersection more safe.
