"QUALITY SEAMLESS GUTTERING" SIGN ILLEGALLY POSTED AT INTERSECTION OF E THIRD ST AND HIGH ST..

Complaint was relayed by David Hamilton. Problem with drainage ditch and drain going under Concord. Apparently it is not handling the water the way that it should and is eroding Mr. Burton's yard.

Bicyclists don't abide by the law. Will Bike/Ped Commission be concerned with bike safety? We should pass bike safety laws. (see attached) (FYI---GIS System does not recognize address Mr. Venstra gave.)

Citizen says last recycle day crew broke bottle and left the glass at bottom of his driveway. Says on this pick up yard waste spilled out and a bunch of it was left at bottom of his driveway. Feels crews should be more careful and clean up if they spill or drop stuff.
