What's with the jungle at Longview and Pete Ellis? Can I just mow the perimeter of my yard too?

Curb jutting out into road. Not marked will for night driving
This photo goes with ticket 176560. Also I see in my report that your cyber brain has changed Rogers and 9th street to Rogers and 10th. Technically there is no intersection at 9th, but that is the location of this problem.
Large semi (red cab) towing longer than usual flatbed failed to make turn from Rogers to high and hit the street light, which almost fell over, now severely damaged, and possibly hazardous. Happened at 4 pm today July 13. Presumably there to collect construction equipment on high st.
Lots of trash around illegal homeless encampment under bridge at grimes and Morton and surrounding areas. Ps…Littering is a crime, please enforce laws!
Hello, I'm writing about the published GeoJSON file of the zoning boundary, available here: https://data.bloomington.in.gov/dataset/bloomington-zoning-districts-gis-data A screenshot of it is included. The GIS data appears rather incomplete. I expect it to contain all the zoning boundaries shown in the Zoning PDF file found here:https://data.bloomington.in.gov/dataset/zoning-maps/resource/e04be74a-7c8d-4ed0-9373-91bcd6e1cec5 Both files list their author and maintainer as Laura Haley <haleyl@bloomington.in.gov>. My goal is get a current version if the zoning boundaries in GeoJSON format. Thanks!
The metered street parking in front of the Graduate Hotel on Lincoln Avenue is very confusing. There are meters at these spots, implying that these are public parking spots. However, the Graduate Hotel has put signs indicating these spots are reserved for their valet service. Which one is it? If these are truly public spots, please inform the Gradate Hotel. Today after parking in one of these spots, and depositing money in the meter, one of their staff members indicated that I could not park there.
The sidewalk on N Lincoln between 15th and 16th has been completely torn up by tree roots. It’s unsafe and unusable for someone with a wheelchair or stroller.
The wood on the train tracks has rotten tracks are hard on your car one oeice is bouncing up and is gonna do damage.
Too many places to take pictures. Overgrowth is getting out of control. Alexander ally its just awful you can not drive your car on it with out scratching it up. All other Alleys are getting just as bad in this area. The way bushes have been planted on the citys bumouts/ traffic calming is impossible to see around the corners. The corner of 10th and summit is not safe you have to get in the middle of the road to see and i have had many near misses with other cars. Getting off of 10th and adams is bad. The round about on cottage and summit is awful Someone needs to come out and inspect the entire neighbor hood. Plus on adams is a vacant lot that has gotten way over grown. Just so many places in this area that need attention.
