The dumpsters at the Day Care at the above address are overflowing with diapers and miscellaneous trash. The dumpster is not enclosed. Roberts wanted to know if by code they are not required to enclose the dumpster area. The dumpster is emptied 2 times a week, but in between these times the trash is overflowing, normally dirty diapers, which is a nuisance. Hello, I live two doors down from the Banneker center. I have a request that the city, park the van either on the side street next to the center or in front of the center...I realize this is city parking and they have a right to park there. The staff park the van in front of my house and leave it there all weekend and they usually park the van directly in front of mine and my neighbor's house, while they have plenty of room on the west side of the building to park. Or possibly at the girls Club. They usually leave the van there all weekend . They usually park at at least 3 feet from the end of the yellow line. We can normally park three cars there. This effectively cuts off any accessible parking in front of my house and my neighbor's house. I don't mind the extra parking for the kids activities all during the week but this is the staff van.
