4021 E. Morningside Drive. Multiple faucets, shower heads, etc. started dripping this week. Seems like more than coincidence. Are there any pressure irregularities or other items in City water in our neighborhood that could be impacting my household? Thank you.

I am an MCIRIS and PD volunteer and have been removing invasive plants for over a year in SE Park. This week I have been removing mostly honeysuckle from the southeast side of the Renwick Blvd bridge over the creek and found a back pack the slope above the retaining wall just south of the creek. I resumed removing the invasive plants today and picked up the backpack to dispose of when I would finish today. When I picked it up the contents rattled. I saw what at first looked like a cell phone, but then discovered it was a case. When I opened the case saw that it contained a number of syringes. This case may have belong to an drug user. Having been instructed as a volunteer not to mess with these materials I put the backpack down and submitted this report

There are frequently creepy older men hanging around the Upper Cascades Park and Playground area. The same vehicles are often seen, with the occupants hanging around, then acting shifty and walking into the woods when another car approaches and that occupant also walks into the woods. The individuals then exit the woods at or close to the same time. Sometimes, the cars just park next to each other briefly and then leave. Then the "regular" car returns and waits for another vehicle to approach. Taken all together, it looks like drug deals going down on the regular. There is also litter all over the walking path in the woods and the Lions' Den picnic shelter.

Sidewalk on south side of W 17th just east of tri north construction entrance covered with mud again. I can't overemphasize that the sidewalk itself is serving as a culvert to drain several acres and this problem will not go away on its own when the construction crews leave. I'll try to remember to come out here with a ruler when it rains next week to record the depth of the creek. Kids will be using this sidewalk to walk to school even on rainy days and their shoes should not be completely submerged!! We are going to look into this today (5/17). We believe that a soil stockpile and a storm drain with inlet protection is not allowing water to flow into the storm drain. We are going to investigate again and see if we can identify the exact issue.

Good morning. I have a memorial scheduled at the Sycamore Shelter at Cascades Park this Saturday. I'd like to Zoom the event for folks who can't attend, and I'm just wondering if there's internet access out there. It would be easier to do it over the internet, rather than to use my phone. There is a young man riding a motorized dirt bike, at high rates of speed, on the trails in RCA park. The young man stated this is allowed. Is this ok? There are people walking these trails and noise from the dirt bike was extremely loud. Can you please email me and let me know if I should report this to the police if it happens again? Thank you.
