out on west 3rd street between ziebart and the turnoff for mcdonalds, both sides of the street, most businesses have not cleared deep snow from sidewalks. makes it very difficult for pedestrians, especially those who are handicapped.

There has been an abandoned Chevrolet pickup truck parked in front of 430 S Dunn St for about 4 months. It also has a tarp over the pickup end that periodically gets in the way of the street and other parking sports. It hasn’t moved or shown any sign of ownership since it first arrived in November.

Potholes: Woodscrest at the exit to the IUCU drive through part; E Second at the entrance to the Goodwill parking lot; E second in front of 2007 and in the middle of the street going towards downtown, where the footbridge is, close to 2007.

Having problems with speeding still on east morningside. A bit scary with the snow as more folks are walking in the road and kids are out playing. Thank you for anything you all can do.

Please don't lose to the myths being put out about duplexes in town. Core neighborhoods are core for a reason - that is where individuals can be good for the environment and their pocketbooks by having shorter commutes. Plexes also save residents money on utilities. Both are housing costs too. And the notion that single family homes are somehow cheaper than plexes is backwards. Homes in poor condition may be cheap but square foot for square foot of the same quality plexes will always win out. So many other myths too. Keep doing what you need to in order to build smart for our future.
