Found a broken link on the covid-19 page: On https://bloomington.in.gov/covid-19 I found that when using the Edge browser (Version 89.0.774.63) the link to the ourshot.in.gov site was broken. When clicking the ourshot.in.gov link in the Vaccinations section, the link opens as "https:\\bloomington.in.gov\ourshot.in.gov". This is a broken link. This should be corrected so that Monroe County residents can follow the link properly.
The lights are OUT on all four corners for the walkways at Clariss Blvd and East Third. They have been out for three days now!
A beat up chevrolet pickup truck has been parked on. Dunn St, near the intersection of Dunn St. and 2nd St. I had been in the same spot since November 2020, earlier this month it was attempted to be jumped and moved forward about half a parking spot length. The car is now parked in a way that is making an area that usually fit 5 cars, house only 4. The car is clearly in no driving conditions and I believe the spot may be being used as a storage type of situation, rather than shared parking with the rest of the community.
In the past 8 months we have lived at our residence, two of our cars have been hit. We utilize street parking on 2nd street. My roommate had her mirror taken off a couple of months ago and mine has just now been hit. I would like to submit a recommendation that at least part of second street be a one-way, as this is obviously not an isolated incident. We often hear people honking outside of our house as they try to pass each other. We attempt to park as closely to the curb as possible to mitigate the possibility of our cars being hit but clearly people cannot drive. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Tons of trash surrounding the block of the shalom center. Lots and lots of cigarette butts over the road and sidewalks around the shalom center. This is an environmental hazard and needs cleaned up. Also a plan to reduce pollution for this area would be beneficial. Trash cans, cigarette butt stations, and holding patrons of shalom center accountable.
The sidewalk that is next to the Mother Bear's parking lot on the west side of Swain has a piece of rust sticking out of the pavement. That is where a Do Not Parking sign used to be. Very dangerous for unsuspecting pedestrians.
