It is making mail truck access as well as waste management vehicle access difficult for drivers. The location is 10432 Sumter Ave S and the car is a white sedan with Texas plates FWF-4316.

Hello, I live at Oakdale Square Apartments. Apartment management had an issue with their trash collection service and it has been weeks since trash is collected. Management added a few more temporary dumpsters but existing dumpsters are full of rotting food/feces and causing terrible health hazards. You can't even drive or walk around the whole complex without getting assaulted by the rotting smell, swarm of flies and maggots everywhere. Can city do anything about it? Thank you! Debra

This is the second time I've reported this. Earlier in the year it looked like they were using plastic containers to start seeds in the front, now it's just become junk and they are not mowing.
