Water is permanently standing in the new large dog area of the Switchyard Park dog park. This has led to injuries among other issues with dogs (not to mention the huge mess this makes and destruction to the grounds of the park). Please remedy this situation as soon as possible. Thank you.

THIS IS IN REGARDS TO THE COLLEGE MALL/SARE ROAD/MOORE’s PIKE INTERSECTION. This intersection has become extremely dangerous — the lanes have been narrowed but no new lane markers have been painted. I only pass through this intersection around four times a week and I have been in near miss accidents every time since the construction was “finished” (southbound college mall right hand only lane is definitely NOT finished) as drivers do not know where to go (disregarding the near misses I had during construction for unclear signage and lane closures). Please fix this! It’s a very busy intersection and its very unsafe right now!

Just south of 11th on west side walk of rogers. Sand, mud, gravel on sidewalk. After my last ureport on dec 7, they cleaned it up!!! First time since i started reporting it. But here they went home for the day last night, installed the baricades, and left crud all over the sidewalk. Sorry toget in your business but i think its their job to proactively comply, not yours to remind them every day. Nor mine. It has been dirty so far every day this werk and today the weathering has again reached the point where tthe sandy spots are slick

The college ave and moores pike intersection is now horrible. What was wrong with the last intersection? The new walking path is really nice by renwick to the roundabout, but this intersection update was so unnecessary. It truly is a horrific intersection. You have two lanes going into one and you have to merge in the middle intersection. I have gotten into an accident almost every time going through here heading northbound to college mall.

Music Lessons signs still all over. Dec. 28 was the deadline for them to remove their signs, I seem to remember.
2600 S Walnut at the corner of Country Club drive near Chase Bank;
Continuing towards Rogers, on the right hand side, just after the footbridge: sign in the grass;
In front of the Clendening CJB building at 409 W Patterson, in the grass;
Coming from the intersection with Sare Rd, on Moores Pike, just before the Renwick roundabout;
continuing towards the intersection with High Street, on the right hand side right at the cemetery entrance in the grass;
in front of Red Liquor on 1255 S College Mall rd;
At the corner of Kingston and K-Mart parking lot entrance, in the grass;
At the corner of Kingston and Target parking lot entrance in the grass on the Chick-Fil-A side.
half a sign (that looks even uglier) left in front of Timber Ridge apartment complex at 2358 S Henderson;
E Third in the grass of the German-American Bank (I know you cannot touch this, just mentioning the fact);
in front of CVS on the corner of E Third and the bypass. I know you cannot touch this one either;
They already deserve the first prize for visual pollution for 2021.

It's been well over a year now and photo uploads still don't work from mobile. I'm uploading a screenshot here. Staff are always confused by my ureports because the photos turn into just one big pixel. We're about to find out if it happens on desktop too...
