After traffic calming device was installed at the corner of 3rd and Rogers, sidewalk had to be realigned. Realigning meant tree had to be dug up and the lawn in this area was never fixed. See letter

Citizen says City required Jim Ray to put sidewalk in front of his house, work is going on right now. Sidewalk installation has lowered water meter, now water runs into meter box when it rains, meter box needs to be raised.

GREG FROM THE GAS COMPANY CALLED TO COMPLAIN THAT RAW SEWAGE WAS COMING UP OUT OF THE CLEANOUT AND RUNNING DOWN THE STREET TO WHERE THE GAS COMPANY WAS WORKING.
