Removal of broken asphalt pavement.
I have adopted keeping the Sussex Dr and Queensway storm drains clear of obstructions near my home. Both streets have significant slopes. Due to the slope-broken pavement during periods of high runoff, these materials accumulate and block these drains. For almost two years now I have been doing this and have removed this debris. I requested about three weeks ago the present pile that I collected from the bottom of the east side of my driveway. I received a response that a crew would pick up this waste. I suspect there has been a communication in scheduling the collection of this waste. Thus rescheduling a pick-up would be appreciated as I have been adding more pavement waste.

It seems like there are two account numbers on my address. I have been paying my bills every month consistently. Your system accumulates the same amount of payments for two different accounts. The online system prompted me to pay the same bills for two different accounts. I checked every single month of my current account and all is paid. There are two transactions that are paid one is 169.24 and 84.62 that needs to be disputed immediately. I called the bloomington utilities many times but I can't receive any response.
Can you please guide me how to remove one of these accounts so this will not happen in the future? Once again I paid my bills on time consistently and I have an evidence of it.
Sincerely, Sophia

Apartments 309, 312, and 320 are in severe egress with multiple sanitary issues. There is an infestation of cockroaches as well as gnats and maggots which are effecting surrounding apartments. The management only has the apartments sprayed once a month and have done nothing to take actions against these tenants to address the issue after having multiple complaints from tenants in the surrounding apartments.

322 E Tenth St. is not listed as a residence that qualifies for a residential parking permit on https://bloomington.in.gov/mybloomington
The house directly adjacent to 322 E Tenth St., 530 N Grant St., is listed on the website as being within city limits, so I was wondering why this rental property was not included in this permit coverage. My roommates and I for the 2024-2025 school year are looking to purchase parking passes and are experiencing issues in the application process. Since the property was initially listed as a duplex, I have tried 322 1/2 E Tenth, but that did not work on the website.

There are weeds growing in the median and along the curbs and sidewalks on 46 east and east of College/Walnut and also in curbs of the median of College/Walnut, south of 46. It would be nice to have them removed before the students return. Thanks! Tom

New paving on S Henderson at Hillside. It looks great and seemed to happen quickly and efficiently. The sidewalk, however was left with a lot of small black pebbles. A quick sweep would be appreciated by pedestrians. Thanks for your attention!
