This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. See report #193268. The bicycle is still there. Bird did *not* take care of it. It is east of Basswood and west of South Stone on the north side of Bloomfield Road, sort of in the middle of nowhere. Easily seen by motorists.
