Good afternoon, I am a Bloomington local who has an issue with smokers on the B-line. The B-line is designed as a fitness path, in addition to being a transportation path. I run frequently on the B-line and my runs are consistently clouded with smokers on the B-line. Anyone who runs knows, especially when well into your run, each breath is crucial to keeping your pace and to keeping on track. When you are approaching a smoker on the B-line, there is nowhere to run to avoid them and you can’t simply hold your breath until you pass. A big part of Bloomington is a community that promotes healthy living. I think that the environment of the B-line should reflect that and be one of health and positivity, not drinking, smoking and disturbing others. This is my first attempt at reaching someone about an issue with the B-line, so if there is a more appropriate area or person I should contact, please let me know. I am not sure what the appropriate action could be, possibly signage that establishes the path as a no smoking area. I often feel compelled to say something to the smokers when I pass but I don’t have anything to back up my protestation. If I could point to a sign or if they obviously had seen 15 signs saying no smoking on the trail, they would know what they were doing was wrong. Several potholes on E. Buick Cadillac Blvd. between College Mall Road and Clarizz. Also several on Clarizz between E. Buick Cadillac and 3rd St.

On S. Hickory Grove Lane Bloomington, IN 47403 there are many potholes and chunks of street missing. On Gifford coming off of S. Hickory Grove Lane there are many street issues. On Curry Pike there are many many pot holes and chunks of street missing. On Tapp Rd. there is huge pot holes where one actually destroyed my new vehicle's suspension. Whitehall Plaza when is that going to be fixed? This whole town is very bad. Something needs to be done please. I have a new SUV and it is getting ruined. Thank you.

Hi, I would like to request that a "no outlet" and/or "children at play" sign be placed in our neighborhood. We live on Swayze Ct in Bloomington and there is a lot of traffic in our cul-da-sac because people are unaware that the street does not go through. With any cul-da-sac we have a lot of children playing here and their safety is extremely important. The sign would be placed on the corner of Flemming and Rathmore. Please let me know if this possible.

There are 2 large pot holes at the corner of S. Rogers St. and Dodds. Heading East on Dodds at the stop sign, and they are impossible to miss. Very large. Thanks!
