Owner Cheryl Underwood called and reported that her tenants said that black sludge was coming up out of the sewer into their bathroom stool. We are to call the tenants at 337-1012 to get more information.

Catherine did not pay the "unregistered fee" for $105.00 at this time because she doesn't understand how it could be applicable to her, and has requested that someone explain it to her. She states that neither her nor her husband received any notification that they had to register with the COB, until HAND notified them this summer, stating that you had to register to rent. Caller has tried to reach someone at animal shelter for 3 days. Is disgusted with phone system that won't allow him to talk to anyone. (I asked if he left a message--he had not.) He found an animal which he asked shelter to pick up and now he wants to adopt animal but can't reach shelter.) He also feels personnel are rude to him. He did not give name or number but number showing on display was 334-2515 (Bob Evans Restaurant.)
