Right behind the Save-A-Lot store on N. College a trailor was on fire. There is currently piles of trash being put in that area even though it has been marked off. Is there anyway the owner can be contacted for clean-up. The caller is tired of looking at the trash.

Citizen says crews broke the handle off his brand new rubbermaid trash can this morning. Says he's "tired of guys throwing the lids and cans all over the place." Says the handle could have been snapped back on but was apparently thrown out, wants can replaced. He will set damaged can out for Ken to look at.
