Grass has not been mowed in front of the Quarry Property

Empty lot South of 2504 S. Madison has grass 3 feet tall. This is the second time I've had to report this already this year. Owners CONSTANTLY ignore their property and it looks abandoned 90% of the time.

This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.

Property lawn habitually too long (Parker Rental).

Grass too long, front and back. Also, utility wires hanging dangerously with a foot of the ground in the back, and vines are growing up all the trees (viewable from alley on south side.) Property is a mess in general (Parker Rentals).

Overgrown and downed trees, weeds, yard. No apparent tenant for at least more than two years. We are unable to contact the owner.

Neighbor does not cut grass or clean up debris from storms. This grass is now about 2 feet in height in some areas of the front and back yard.
