I was towed out of my IU dorm (I have a parking permit, I was simply outside the allowed hours to park in that specific spot) and I’m not exactly contesting the tow, which was non-consensual by the way, but the fact that I am being charged well over $200 for fees for the tow them housing the car for mere hours. I read the city law and it says something along the lines of I shouldn’t be charged greater than $135 for a tow, so im a bit confused here where the extra hundred dollars or so is coming from. I also spoke with some city of Bloomington parking officials and the company that towed me, Wray automotive, doesn’t have a license apparently, so I’m not sure what’s up with that. She told me to file this u report. Please get back to me when you can, thank you!

Flooding down Brownridge is starting an erosion hole again the road side with a drop of about 3 ft. from the road bed. A short load of stone (2-3 yds maybe) added to the previous should solve it; the last treatment has remained stable and has worked well.

The owner of this location had a tree cut down 6 months ago. There are muliple piles of branches that extend up to 3 feet into Bankers Drive. This creates a hazard for all who traverse this street.

Hello, My name is Yangzheng WU. I stepped into a pothole on the road in front of SRSC and got a flat tire on 4/15 after class at 9:15pm from Kelley in the direction of campus view. There was a single pothole in the road about fifteen centimeters in radius and about 3-5 centimeters deep. It was in the middle of the lane, in the middle of the normal path of travel. There were no warning signs around this pothole, and there were no street lights directly above the pothole, so you couldn't see it driving at night. Residents have two very large dogs, which they let out of the house unleashed. Yard is not fenced. Last night they attacked another dog in the neighborhood.

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years, and the city put a hazard sign on the sidewalk months/years ago, but nothing else has been done to correct the problem, which can be quite dangerous at night
