the co-op at the intersection of Kirkwood and Madison streets has construction waste such as insulation, toilets, window screens, ductwork sitting out for weeks now. This is a hazard and an eyesore. Isnt someone at the residence or the construction crew responsible for clean up? Are the co-op members somehow exempt from the usual trash cleanup every other homeowner is expected to compy with?

Chalet Rd N and 84th St leaving Highland Hills. Traffic backs WAY up because the green light is timed to stay on for maybe 15 seconds. Only 4 or cars can make it through. Friday nights at rush hour are very busy at Highland Hills and it is frustrating to wait for 4-6 light cycles to leave.

Our mail box was knocked down during the clearing of the roads during the last big snow. It looked like the truck literally plowed it over. We are now without a mailbox. We would like for a new mailbox to be installed.

Good morning.
I have a couple questions on the dog park. How high is the fence? I know that it says that we should unleash the dogs as soon as we get in through the gate but what if we have a new dog that we are not too confident in their recall just yet? Can I keep her on a long lead for some, if not all, of the time?
Thanks.
