There is a missing access cover in the sidewalk on W 7th between College and Morton streets just about at the NE corner of the parking garage with the "Fruit" art hanging from it. This would be a real ankle turner if you stepped in it. Thanks!

Left turn light does not go green.

When travelling west on 7th, the left turn arrow onto college does not turn green. This issue has been noticed on a few occasions, all around 10pm.
