So, instead, I found this site: https://cityprotect.com/ Does it contain full info, and is it approved by the City? Thank you for your help.

The "Find Me" option is not working correctly. My address is 1701 S Buffstone Ct, Bloomington, IN, 47401. There is a pothole at the end of my driveway. This morning I got a flat tire while pulling out of my driveway. The flat tire was caused by a rock, which I believe may have come from the pothole. I live in a cul-de-sac. Can you please fill all of the potholes in the cul-de-sac, including the one at the end of my driveway/by the mailboxes, and any that are located at the beginning of the street? I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you.

Sidewalk on west side of Rogers Street just south of 11th Street. At driveway for construction staging area for? Garage projects? Sidewalks still covered in sand. Sidewalk still hard to walk on. My kid fell on this sidewalk on Wednesday. Adam wason said the problem would be remedied at 8:00 this morning but the photo is 3:21p Friday nov 13
