this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. Mr. Elmer has a drainage problem from water coming off of Maxwell and High Street that rolls down his drive & into his house.
The water runs down the street onto his driveway and then floods his house.
Mr. Waxler manages the properties at W. 10th Street & Adams Street. He is concerned that the storm sewers are in need of cleaning both in front of and behind the properties, where the storm sewer goes under the railroad.
