Retaining wall collapsing (again) on NW corner of property. Large limestone block has fallen into sidewalk, blocking wheelchair and stroller passage.

Garbage piling up and strewn around deck in backyard - visible from alley. Recurring problem at this address.
Where is parking enforcement at? Cars are parking in the road on Dunn causing trouble for drivers trying to get through. Box truck blocking the entrance to parking lot. Traffic is backed up.
Over-occupied. Has been a problem for at least one year. Current tenants ave the following Indiana license plate numbers: YKS555 - AVA812 - YKX366 - 145PZA - TSN865 - RFV277 - 450BXO - TK430LIJ (white pickup truck). Rental permit should not be renewed until property owner repairs the sidewalk in front of house. It is highly degraded and dangerous.
Property should be inspected prior to allowing it to be rented. House is in disrepair and outdoor property has invasive plants growing all around buildings and up into electrical wires on SE corner of property.

Sunken manhole cover at the intersection of E Second and College Mall Road, at the Wendy's corner.
Elongated pothole on Kingston Drive, coming from E Third, after the Chick-Fil_A parking lot entrance, across from the construction site. I am not talking about the utility cut across from that hole.
