Resident acroos from intesection of E Morningside and Hampton Ct. have a nissian 280 z parked in drive with falt tiers for last 10 years. the plate is from 1997. yard need cleaned up also

no stickers on trash, constantly setting trash out with no stickers. the crossing guard called in that works in that area stating the the kids are having to walk out past the pile of trash and on the roadway to get to school. Written up on 2/6 and 3/20 for no stickers.
