Subscriber states that he has recieved his current bill and that there is another field service charge on his bill. Mr Ashba thinks that this service charge is for someone coming out to his apartment. ( It appears from the memo received from Insight states that it is a late fee charge)

A Bloomington Transit driver called to report that there are cars parked along briarcliff Dr. in the yards. He did not have an address, just stated that it was all along Briarcliff Dr..
