Speed limit sign has graffiti on the back and on the pole. Pole says "Fuck snitches" and the back of the sign says some illegible names.

Resident called in later stating that sticker was stolen. We provided her with one courtesy pickup but advised that we would not be able to do it again. Also advised resident that she should make BPD aware of the fact that someone is stealing her stickers.
