The light on Walnut St at Hillside facing south is going red for long periods with no turning traffic

When the car light is green for 10th Street and the pedestrian signal to cross tenth street is a solid hand, the talking box on the beg button says the walk sign is on. I stood there a few signals and the box starts saying the walk sign is on when the green light is on for both directions. It's about 4:22, and I took a video if you'd like to see. This the corner of 10th and Fee.

Turning west onto the 45/46 bypass at walnut... the turn arrows let about 4 or 5 cars go thru at best... even if they speed off the line... can the duration of the green arrow be lengthened a "few cars" or so...

Trash issues called in for 3253 (S.?) Walnut Springs. Please go take a look or if you have already contact the caller to indicate status. Said trash was overflowing in the parking lot. And the complex was called "The Crossing." But isn't "The Crossing at Pete Ellis."

Just south of 11th, on the west side of rogers, 4 lime scooters parked on the sidewalk. This is a 4ft path I walk twice a day with my kids (3 abreast), going to fairview. This is a nuissance to us. remove them by 3:30pm or I will.

908 n walnut. Bird scooters very often block this sidewalk despite there being a whole, underused parking lot right here.
