Appears that someone has dumped several bags of trash along the road. Some have been torn open by either cars or animals. Apologies if I'm not using this app properly or this isn't something trash does. Seeing students out picking up trash the morning after Little 500 makes me wonder if that can become a regular thing for the local jail/court.

On the south side of Winslow at the west side of Piccadilly there has been progressive erosion where the drain pipe goes under Piccadilly. Whenever we get a strong rain for five or ten minutes the ditch backs up on the east side of Piccadilly and does not flow freely under the road. The erosion mentioned has noticeably progressed this year and if left unabated the road will eventually be at risk of breaking at its edge. Also, be aware that the heavy rains flood the east side ditch and form a pool over the sidewalk which also spills out onto Winslow. We can see this from our home. Very large pot holes-getting worse by the day. Almost so large that my car might fall in and never recover.
