I reported this a little over a week ago and it's even worse. It's the dumpster next to building 3800 (3800 E McCracken Way 47408)

Residents at 1000 W 11th St (house on the corner of 11th and Orris) frequently leave their garbage and recycling cans out with the lids open (because they’re too full to close), and windy days pull the trash out and it gets strewn around the street. This week, the crows have been picking through the open garbage can that has been there for nearly a week, and dragging it out.
