Tenants are parking in the alley that runs behind 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. This makes it difficult for their trash removal truck to get in the alley. As a result trash cans are overflowing and trash is now in the street. In the past vehicles that were parked in the alley were ticketed. Is this no longer happening?
There has been a couch in front yard for 2 weeks.
Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.

Trash, wood, debris,furniture laying in between 1000 and 1002 East Atwater properties. Piles of trash/discarded furniture have been on East side of property since August.
