Driving eastbound and approaching Indiana, the stop sign is on a downhill and hidden by a tree until a driver is very close to the intersection. Most intersections on 12th have no stop, so folks new to the area are likely to miss it.
Big hole in the road if someone could fix it when they get a chance.

FIRE HYDRANT IS LAYING ON IT'S SIDE, NOT LEAKING
CBU WORKERS AT 14TH AND INDIANA HAD HER STOPPED FOR 5 MINUTES FOR NO REASON AND CARS LINED UP BEHIND HER STARTED HONKING. SHE FELT PERSON FLAGGING WAS BEING UNREASONABLE. HER DESCRIPTION OF WORKER WAS THAT HE WAS WEARING A HAT, 35 - 40 YRS OLD WITH A TAN AND SCRUFFY LOOKING, WHICH FITS DESCRIPTION OF ANY NO. OF WORKERS.
At the intersection of E. 14th & N. Walnut ( just south of Burger King) there is a shrub that block a stop sign.
The sidewalk in front of Brownstone Terrace on East 14th Street between Washington & Dunn is a sheet of ice. It is extremely dangerous.
FIRE HYDRANT AT 15TH AND GRANT NEEDS TO BE FILLED IN AGAIN, THERE IS A HOLE AROUND IT
The sidewalk is overgrown on 15th ( southside) west of intersection with Indiana.
Large pile of trash, furniture, etc. on the sidewalk for several days at the SW corner of E. 15th St. and N. Walnut St. (across from Groves Square).
