There is a row of bushes/hedges in front of 1003 W. 1st Street that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of the apartment complex at 909 W. 1st Street. There have been other complaints (8/24/06 & 12/27/07) in regards to this problem. The property owner at 1003 trims the bushes/hedges back but they continue to grow back and cause a line of sight problem.

Grass is very high.
There is trash scattered all over the property and causing rats for the neighbors.
This property has scattered trash all along the house. A little has been picked up but majority remains.
Grass is very high causing rodents including rats which are now going onto neighbors properties.
Exceeds weight Limit of 40 pounds. As I was entering this in to the system, the resident called in four times cussing at me, calling my vulgar names, and threatening me before I even had a chance to explain the issue to him. Each time I advised the resident that I would not continue to speak with him unless he could refrain from cussing at me. The fourth time he called in I was able to also offer him to speak with my supervisor tomorrow when he comes in. The resident hung up at that time.
