When turning left onto Hillside from Huntington, It is very hard to see oncoming traffic from the right (traffic heading west). Please trim those trees.

There is a pine tree on the corner lot at the northwest corner of Hillside and Woodlawn that is leaning dangerously toward Woodlawn. I drive past it a couple of times a week, and it has worsened significantly in the last few weeks. The rootball is visibly pulling up from the ground. I reported this via the CBU phone number a couple of weeks ago, but nothing has been done yet. I'm concerned the recent freeze and impending thaw will cause the tree to topple. In the 4000 block of E. Janet Drive there is a house that has been under construction since last year. There is building material still in the yard. The garage door and the front door of the house is always left open. There are small children that live on the street and the entire block is afraid that kids will start going in the open house causing trouble.
