This house is vacant and there has been nobody mowing this yard, unless the neighbors get fed up and do it which they have done a few times. The neighbors say that it is starting to get bad again.

Street Department reported that the bushes and weeds have grown out over the sidewalk. This creates a line if sight problem as well as making is difficult for pedestrians to walk on the sidewalk.
Mrs. Belcher said that her neighbor's grass has not been mowed this season. It is not occupied currently. Please contact Mrs. Belcher upon inspection to notify her of the status of this complaint.
