ihitPolly Grimshaw Trail (east portion near tennis court) has numerous bumps that are hazards to bikes at speed (coming down the hill at night. Clarification of ticket# 190254 Hidden homeless encampment of 2 people. Located in woods at corner of “The Crossing @ PeteEllis”, 812-339-1400. This spot is a heavily used Pete Ellis pedestrian crossing that should be free of distraction and threat.
All street lights on the Polly Grimshaw Trail east of Pete Ellis appears to be burned out. I just walked this trail this morning around 7:30 and thank goodness I had a light!
There is a large poison hemlock plant on the east side of the Pete Ellis Multi-use path, just before the Polly Grimshaw Trail crossing. And nearby, there is vegetation growing onto the multi-use path that reduces its width.
