the large round stones in the round-about circle have spilled over the curb onto the south side the street. these stones are dangerous to bikes negotiating the circle.

Black Honda Fit IN license plate CUY734 is parked right up at intersection on the west side at Eastside Drive. Blocking visibility and safe turning.
Black sedan, IN license plate 743EAL is parked on the west side of Eastside Drive right up to the intersection, blocking visibility and turning safety.
I’m not sure what this is but it has left a large hole in the sidewalk. It’s off to the side so it doesn’t seem to be directly in the way of most foot traffic, but I figure it’s still a bit of a hazard. It appears to have half of a metal covering in it. It’s right outside the bluebird nightclub and that new Campus Craves place.
empty lots on 11th and Monroe are not being mowed.
You can close #171946 (E Second) because the sign either was blown away or the mowers removed it.
