Electric bicycle lying in the grass on Dunn Street just north of the bagel shop. Has been there quite awhile.
The lights in Peoples Park along the eastern edge of the park and on the 507 E. Kirkwood Avenue building are not operating, creating a haven at night for an overnight encampment of people, various belongings, litter, etc. The lights shine into the Park to create more visibility/safety for pedestrians/visitors.
There is trash piled on the porch. There are always 5 or 6 cars parked on the street in front of the house everyday. Ms. Lovell believes this is a rental. It is not registered.
Resident called to complain that the students moving into 115 were parking in the grass
