I submitted this report earlier to the Website group, #171681, but it seems like he thought I was asking about his department. I submitted a uReport recently and was looking at the other open issues and there are 513 open issues with almost 200 of them over a year old. I'm just curious if these old issues ever get reviewed and/or closed?
Potholes at Skylark, where it meets Highland. Also one near mailbox 1721 Highland. Pothole near Nancy and Hillside is not filled yet, nor is the one near the entrance of Deer Park Manor
White and Green sign 'Big Boys Moving': at Longview and Pete Ellis; and on Pete Ellis near Amy Lane.
It is very unfortunate that I cannot include a second picture, because our street seems to have two names: East Side Drive and Eastside Drive. Those who live there know that it is Eastside Drive. Therefore, we would like to ask the city to replace the signs that say East Side (as in 600 S East Side Drive and 700 S East Side Drive, and maybe a couple of others) with signs with the correct name.
excessively loud brakes on sanitation trucks. Loud screeching is extremely annoying and waking up everyone way too early. We are paying higher taxes & utility rates thanks to this mayor. Now we get a rude awakening from the trash collectors. Please properly maintain equipment. New brakes for trash trucks is the least that could be done with all the new taxes.
Recycling bin sitting by street all week.
Recycling bin sitting on sidewalk for several days
Giant potholes open again on South Cory Lane. Really, really dangerous as cars veer into other lane to avoid. Serious hazard.
At the intersection of Allendale and Walnut Street Pike, when attempting to turn off of Allendale onto Walnut Street Pike, it is nearly impossible to see traffic coming north on WSP without putting the nose of your vehicle into the path of traffic. There are trees that need heavily trimmed or removed in the southeast corner of the intersection that block that view and create a hazard. I have seen several near misses there.
