The tenants at this address recently moved out. They have left trash on the front porch that is rotting and leaking everywhere. She has also left items at the back garage as well. They are worried about rodents.

I discovered a very young fawn lying in a flower bed on the north side of my home which appears to be near death. I have been unable to reach animal control. What do you suggest?

Resident was also written up a couple weeks ago for the same issue. Trash crew states that it was also an issue last week and the week before.
This is the fourth time that resident has been written up this year for either trash or recycle violations.
