There are dogs that are locked in trailer 16. They have been there for weeks without anyone looking in on them.The owners have also been mistreating them physically. I ha e video evidence.

The pavement on Park, just south of the intersection with Wilson, is crumbling. There are several areas with no pavement at all, just gravel.
