House has numerous full trash bags laying on street in front of house for several days.
Currently, the city only has one method for filing noise complaints, which is to call the number listed on the city's website. Having only one reporting method is extremely ineffective, and limiting the reporting method to only verbal communication creates a barrier for accessibility. There are individuals who cannot communicate over the phone - like me. Illness stole my voice years ago, but my hearing was not impacted - I still hear the noise. I just can't report it. Not sure what an adequate fix would be, as it would have to be something that is regularly monitored. (Address provided is rough estimate of area where heavy bass plays frequently, it could be one of these houses or an apartment building - I needed to put a location on the map, so I included that one.)
Construction debris is everywhere around the house and not in a dumpster. Debris is blowing in the street. I cleaned up a bit, but it is dangerous and needs to be in a dumpster.
The tree in front of the house is dead and a hazard. I tried to contact the homeowner's directly, but the phone number I had was incorrect. It fell on my house 2 years ago, it damaged their tenant's car. I'm worried that it will fall on my house again and may injure someone. This tree needs to be removed.
This bag just showed up one day. I can't physically move it by myself, but I think it's on the city's right of way. I'm not sure so that's why I'm filling this out. It's on Watson and Bryan. Pic attached. I tried moving it, but I think it's filled with concrete or sand? It's been there for months. I would move it myself if I could, but it looks like people passing by are now throwing trash into it.
Hit a pothole on E Moores Pike causing damage to my front right tire.
Driving to the IU pool Sunday night, when my daughter hit a pot hole on Fee Lane around 17th Street. It was dark, so she couldn't see to avoid it. It popped her tire. Please repair this pot hole before it costs someone else a lot of money. Thank you!

As a resident, I have noticed that turning east from the parking lot has become increasingly difficult due to the uneven and damaged road surface. Since moving to Tulip Tree this academic year, I have experienced recurring issues with my car’s wheel alignment. In November of last year, I had to get a four-wheel alignment, and again in March of this year—both times due to a fault in the front right wheel’s toe angle. This issue never occurred during my previous residency at Campus View, but since living at Tulip Tree, I have had to perform two alignments in just a few months to prevent uneven tire wear and avoid further damage. Given that I frequently turn east when exiting the parking lot, my front right wheel has been subjected to excessive strain due to the poor road conditions. I understand that driving slowly over rough roads can help minimize vehicle damage. However, the actual road conditions make it nearly impossible to pass through slowly. Vehicles traveling westbound are affected by the angle of the road, making it difficult for me to accurately judge distances. As a result, I am often forced to accelerate quickly when I see an opening, further exacerbating the stress on my vehicle’s suspension and alignment. Indiana University has been actively repairing roads across campus, yet the roads around Tulip Tree remain in a severely deteriorated state. While I cannot directly prove that the road conditions are the sole cause of my vehicle’s alignment issues, the correlation is evident—especially considering that I had no such issues during my time at Campus View. The need for multiple alignments in such a short period is highly unusual and costly. I strongly urge the management to address this issue and take immediate action to repair the road. This is not just a financial concern for residents facing repeated maintenance costs but also a significant safety issue.
