The grass is not being maintained at this location next to our property. The grass regularly reaches nearly 12 inches high before it is mowed maybe once a month.

The grass is only mowed once per month by the leasing company. The current length after 2 weeks of growth is well over 8 inches - allowing infestation of ticks to spread.
The management company has not trimmed the thistle/weeds growing along the driveway and sidewalk and they have become unsightly and hazardous.
Foliage growth into the West side of Browncliff is blocking sight lines, especially around the curve. This road is used often by runners running against traffic and it can be difficult for them to see cars / cars to see them.

I contacted the city forester twice and left a voicemail but I didn’t receive any response. This tree is in the city’s right of way and is declining. I was hoping to get advice to save it before it becomes a safety hazard. There are many young children in our neighborhood.

2 trailers parked in grass 1313 Matlock, also residence being used for commercial services, employees park and take work vehicles during day, often returning work vehicles late at night, blocking street as they back into property, not zoned for business
