Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? Resident called in stating there were stickers on can. Spoke with crew for that area (948), stated that can was actually very overweight and should have been marked that way. I attempted to contact resident (Daniel 961-0701) three times to explain that we would not be able to pick up trash since it was overweight. Each time I called it rang through and there was no answer or voicemail. RLP
