Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? Left Second Baptist Church Bloomington Indiana approximately 7:00 pm. Man sitting on Curb directly in front of my car? If I had not looked, I might have run over individual? I asked individual are you ok? I backed my Auto up 10 ft and pulled out! I was parked on 8th street in front of Annex.

On 01/16/2020 at 1:45 pm a suspicious vehicle was seen with Headlights on. The day was sunny and clear. Temperature approximately 50 dF. as I approached Bainbridge coming from Sherwood Oaks Park. Two individuals one mail perhaps owner of home? Car parked on street. Seemed threating so I make this report. The Vehicle was a old pickup truck. No action required. Just for tracking purpose.

On 01/19/2020 walking East on Allendale. Suspicious Vehicle parked on street west of Kingsbury in Sherwood. The vehicle turned onto Allendale as I crossed the street. It was running but started to turn onto Allendale as I passed by. The Vehicle was a Black SUV. No Action required only for tracking! The weather was 40dF and rain.

Someone hit a tree on the city-owned portion of our property and left a partially broken branch hanging in the road. I don't feel safe cutting it down myself and I've already chased off two kids trying to play with it. Can the city send someone to remove it? Thanks!
