The lid on my trash bin is slightly bent. I can get it to close, but after the trash is picked up, it won't close completely. If it is raining, the bin fills with water. Can someone fix this? Thank you!

This house is abandoned and has been for at least the 8 years we've lived on the street. There is often excessive overgrowth and the backyard is literally growing INTO the structure of the home. It's a fire hazard and a danger to young children in the neighborhood. Recently, we tried to get our escaped cat from the backyard and I was absolutely stunned by the horrible conditions I saw in the rear of the home. Pests are likely breeding like crazy in the home - we've had two RATS killed by our cat in our yard this year. I've seen roaches on the driveway. It's awful! WHY can't the city do ANYTHING about this abandoned danger before something major happens?

I am hopeful this form is the correct place to submit this concern: On or before 2/21/2020 I noticed that my front-yard sewer plate thing is all ripped up and askew like I've never seen it before and it just don't seem right. ATT has not repaired downed utility lines since the storm several months ago. Who is responsible for making sure that ATT takes care of their lines? (I am not an ATT customer)
Cable of some kind of down across out back yard and neighbors'. Has been down since the big storm a couple months ago. It is not a power line.
our water has been very cloudy for over a week now
Very strong unpleasant odor and taste coming from the tap water for the last couple of weeks. Even overpowering our filter. Have switched to bottled water, but would love to go back to filling our water bottles from home!
