Excessive Growth
There is a city-owned storm drain/culvert running along the north edge of the property listed in the Service Request Location field. In this drain/culvert, there appears to be quite a bit of poisonous hemlock growing "wild". There are children - both from the neighborhoods on either side of the drain - as well as those transient walkers, etc. who often "cut through" using the drain area. The concern is that any of these individuals could accidentally pick/touch/ingest the hemlock. Can the city come take a look, please? Thanks! - Rob Aney
Two side-by-side lots - 3868 and 3872 E. Regents Circle - have lawn growth approach 12" high. The concern is not only for the neighborhood aesthetic, but that it will also attract unwanted insects and small animals.
The sidewalk on Smith Road is collapsing where it crosses over a creek/drain just north of East Moore's, between the two neighborhoods
Completely overgrown sidewalk near the raised pedestrian crossing
This corner of the road floods quite badly when it rains. The ground around it is starting to erode.
This intersection is ideal for a roundabout (Smith and East Moores)
Utility access cover in street is loose
This address always parks blocking the sidewalk
Recent floods have left a ton of grit, sticks, and gravel in the road here
