I have a large pothole in the street at the end of my driveway. It's the result of people swerving around the speed bump in front of my house and eroding the edge of the road. I would be very grateful to have it repaired as it is quite deep. It was coldpatched during the winter but that has crumbled and worked its way out. High winds during a thunderstorm on the evening of 7/5/23 caused large tree branches on the trail of RCA park to fall onto my fence. There is also a callery pear tree that almost exclusively hangs over the fence into my yard that I would like removed, if possible.

This house has not mowed their grass yet this year. The grass is over a foot tall. I believe the house is empty currently.
