Sewer water is coming up through my basement floor drain due likely to a blockage somewhere in the sewer pipe line.

There are holes in our line: one under the sidewalk, one under the street. They need to be fixed ASAP (we discovered the holes when a plumber was clearing a major clog the holes caused) and we need to know whose responsibility it is to take care of the issues under the road/sidewalk. I live next door to this house at 328 S. Fairview Street, which is a rental. My neighbor's tree again has broken branches resting on my cable/internet line and will possibly take out the line during this or future storms - this has happened in the past. These trees need to be maintained as they are also close to power lines that go into my house. The trees are inside neighbor's fence in the alley between my house and 328 S Fairview. Thank you.

The people residing in this home were previously told by HAND to get rid of the garbage that was accumulating in their back yard, which is loose and blows onto other properties. Instead, they have simply moved it 10 feet to the right by a shed. Also, there are currently 5 cars parked on the property. From day to day, there are a lot of unknown people and traffic some of whom briefly come and go. I have seen people staggering in the backyard who are likely under the influence of some substance.

A large hole has developed next to a drainage grate in this alleyway and is continuing to deteriorate. This alley b/w Rogers and Madison (North/South) and 3rd/4th (East/West) is frequented by both area residents and employees at adjacent businesses.

There is a large pothole by my driveway that has ruined the tires on the passenger side of the car. I have to buy new tires, but until the hole is fixed it will damage the new ones again. Your crew fixed Maple, but not West 4th last week.
