City ally I keep 2/3 mowed used to be 3/4 but overgrowth keeps on coming. Poison Ivy is also growing in the overgrowth. To my knowledge, no one has touched it this growing season. It’s out of control. It is also in the way of the service I pay to mow the city alley , my yard and the tree lot out front. I also have concerns about the growth on the side of the house that is entwined in the utility lines.
U-report 191557 says resolved. My opinion not this overgrowth is in the faces of the service. I hire to mow the city alley. If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. Civic duty take care of it homeowners.
Behind the fence at 323 S. Davisson it has not been tended this entire year. Overgrowth is between seven and 8 feet and height and thoroughly filled with poison ivy. I believe poison ivy is considered invasive noxious. This needs to be taken care of. Turned into reports this year already no effect would like to see something happen.

Another dead rat. I am a 63 year resident at this address and only in the last five years have rats began appearing. Open composting by some neighbors has been a long time habit Ross Gay 316 S. I’m going to guess my outdoor cat fixed chipped and so forth brought this in the cat house. I’ve been finding two and three every year dead near my house where you see one rat I’m sure there is a whole colony somewhere. Would appreciate it if the city could check out this area of prospect Hill I’ve heard from other neighbors about the dead rat problem, and a few have saw the live ones. People also stack their firewood on the ground, giving them a nice little place to borrow under and build their colonies. I would appreciate hearing from someone soon about this. I consider this a health hazard.
