There is a paved alley behind the 200 block of South Maple Street that at least 8 residences use as the primary means of entering and exiting their homes. It is impossible for me at 214 1/2 Maple Street to actually exit onto Maple Street because of the narrow drive and the snow accumulation. Please kindly consider plowing this alley.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface.
