A house on my street has become a transition house for alcoholic woman. My opinion is that this primarily one-family house has become a hotel. This neighborhood isn’t zoned to all allow businesses. Storm debris removal
There are barking dogs at this address all day long starting very early in the morning. It's especially bad between 8am-12pm. They need to be forced to put up a solid fence around their backyard so their dogs can't see the street or backyard neighbors. When the inhabitants of this house were addressed by the neighbors they threatened to physically harm anyone complaining about their dogs. The police were called last year due to the physical threats. There must be some ordinance about barking dogs all day long. Can you make them put up a solid fence so their dogs can't see anyone who is walking by on the street or in their own backyard?
There is a dead animal on S Smith between the stop sign at Morningside and the Northbound bus stop. It has been there for a week, and is stinking. Kindly remove it.

Hello - Park Ridge neighborhood. Please tell me the range of dates for the leaf pick up? I talked to the crew when they came through and they told me our trees were not dropped enough for the scheduled collection and they would return in the near future. Leaves from other properties wash down the hill and covering the sewer drain at the bottom, blocking the path for runoff to enter the drain. A crew had recently come to take care of the blockage, but only removed some of the leaves and poked holes in the remaining pile covering the drain. With a big rainstorm coming soon, and this being a flood-prone area, its unlikely this doesn't result in serious flooding
As commonly done when the storm drain is cleaned they dump the debris into the yard which ends up killing the grass I was told that when they clean the drains they're supposed to take the debris with them. I'd appreciate it if they would I've been fighting keeping grass growing here and when the water goes fast if there's no grass growing it takes the topsoil. Thank you
